Coming back from our wreck the previous week, we were able to pull off a 6th place finish after starting 12th. In the heat race James started 6th and finished 4th.

We had a pretty rough night last Sunday at Quincy Raceways. James started 12th in the main event working his way through the pack until he was taken out by another driver, forcing James to the back of the pack. From there he was involved in a multiple car pile up that resulted in enough damage that he were unable to finish the race. We will have the car ready for this Sunday though.

Once again mother nature decided that she wasn't going to let us race today. Due to college finals coming up James will not be racing next Sunday. So we will see everyone May 6th.

Sorry for the late update but the races were cancelled last weekend due to rain. We will be at Quincy Raceways this weekend.

Our second night out with the car was a pretty good one. We were able to snag a 6th place finish after starting 10th in the feature.

Opening night went well for Leffew Motorsports. We drew really well for the heat race starting on the pole in the third heat. James led the first 3-4 laps of the heat race until a three wide battle between Micheal Long, Donovan Lodge, and James broke out lasted about a lap and a half where James soon took over the third position where he ultimately finished. In the feature James started 10th and battled his way to the fifth position to claim a top five finish for the opening night at Quincy Raceways.

The first round of test laps last Tuesday went great. Still making a few adjustment to get the 25L race car running at its full potential. We will be at the track tomorrow night for the last session of test and tune before opeing night at Quincy Raceways April first.
